Bent Ditlevsen has spearheaded the IT transformation at Søstrene Grene, a company with a 50-year-old history, navigating through the complexities inherent in its IT. This modernization is necessary to meet customer demands and expectations of a modern and digital retailer, and this calls for a new IT-landscape, a foundation that will allow business to grow without creating additional complexities. After more than 1 year of preparation this integration will go live in May 2024, scaling to 600 stores globally. At its core, Bent will elaborate on this leaning so far across the following aspects of this journey:

 

  • Best practices in the intersection of Business and IT
  • Working with legacy while to transitioning to standardized SAP infrastructure
  • The necessity of change management for this to become a success.
