FEATURED SPEAKER

Baste Amble

IT Director, Global Shared Service at DNV

AGENDA OF THE EVENT

It is more important than ever to be close to the organisation’s employees, get early feedback and views and thus the opportunity to make ongoing adjustments and improvements in working methods, systems and organisation. The traditional annual employee survey, with a focus on well-being and development, is demanding to carry out and provides limited information on the need and possibilities for corrective measures.

Keynote speaker: Get to know your users better

DNV has established an ongoing employee survey 4-6 times per year.
This channel for dialogue with employees world-wide focuses on taking the temperature of the organization, and getting early feedback on what is working well and not so well – and early signals of pain-points in the organization.

In addition, this channel is used to prepare for changes in working methods and systems.
The survey is naturally completely digital, simple and requires little resources from the employees.

The survey is perceived as meaningful, and there is good feedback and response rate.

Baste gives an introduction to the purpose and idea of this channel, how it is implemented and the experiences in DNV
