  • Legacy modernization: moving from legacy systems to embrace new landscape and harmonizing the IT environment.
  • Process for driving change: the establishment of a new cross functional “organization” to drive the automation agenda and while transitioning from isolated projects to cohesive initiatives.
  • Data to Information: Their journey from data to meaningful information and the infrastructure they’ve created to be able to advance into Automation, while assessing future capabilities for ML and AI.
