Booking Meetings

If you book a meeting with us, we collect the information you provide — for example your name, email, and meeting time. We use HubSpot to handle bookings. The information is stored so we can prepare for the meeting and maintain necessary history. 

Assignments and Archiving

When we work on assignments for clients, we may process personal data that is necessary to complete the work. Access is restricted to employees involved in the assignment.
All personal data is deleted when the assignment ends, unless the client has an active archiving agreement. Archiving agreements typically last 24 months and can be renewed. When the agreement ends, all stored personal data is deleted.
